Default Rocker arms

What would a set do for my #'s, what would be a good brand to get? Would this even be worth it with an aftermarket cam not being able to change the ratio?

They help we have seen 8-10rwhp by swapping on the Harland Sharps. The biggest is the peice of mind that the stocks won`t destroy themselves.
