Default FLP y-pipe vs custom 3"

I think my motor is to the point that the FLP y-pipe is costing me some power. Talking to a local exhaust legend (Lane from Lanes), he feels that a 3" y-pipe with a flowmaster y will be worth 10 ft/lb, and up to 10 rwhp. Does this sound right? The catback is a Hooker, and the car is currently making 419 rwhp.

What do you think is wrong with the flp headers y pipe. I understand that the cats can be changed to ORY. What is the size on it. Shoot, have a custom true duals system done, you will never regret it!
