Car is currently in the shop getting a 12 bolt, spec 3 clutch, line lock, torque arm, panhard rod ,and a pro 5.0 shifter. The car has ran 12.7 @114 @ 84 degrees with cut out open. Can i expect a decent drop in ET. and a good gain in MPH? Also is there any other mods I should do?

you won't drop much off ur times. you'll just have the peace of mind knowing you can drop the hammer as hard as the tires will let ya which if you can drive, will be good for a 1.6 short time and hopefully putting you into the 11's no lift shifting

If you threw on ET streets and have a good clutch I bet you'd go at least 6 tenths quicker and probably 4mph faster with the 12 bolt based on your sig :)
