check out the .bin repositories on in the sticky at the top of the page, several 02 .bin files in there now, I believe most are just stock .bins

My buddy and I have it, both 02 M6 cars. One cammed, on boltons only (me). What exactly are you looking for? I dont think simply copying and pasting one of our files is the right thing to do. Each car reacts differently, which is why ive done hours and hours of logging (morning and afternoon commute) and alot of trial and error (40 .bins and counting). Perhaps you should be asking what everyone changes and why?

I have an 02 M6 car and would like to share bin files. I have headers, Granatelli MAF, no CATs, 160* t-stat, and air lid. Feel free to email me at sng2k@aol.com.

Will do Green.

GuitsBoy, I didn't mean to imply that I would take them and install them as is. I wanted to look at all the tables and compare others with what I am doing. A quicker way to learn if you will. If I found something different from someone that has a setup close to mine I would be inclined to ask how and why they got there. Otherwise, just asking questions all the time is a slow and risky way of doing things to me.

Don't mean to hyjack the thread, but I have an 02M6 and want to get into tuning. What is a .bin and how can I create one? Is there a speacial program? And can HPTs erase SES lights and codes? Where can I get the software?
Thanks.

.bin is the extension used when saving your PCM image using HP Tuners. (short for binary, the image HP Tuners takes of your PCM is an unencrypted binary file of it)

Yes it can erase SES lights and codes

I'm an idiot. I thought you guys were talking about the hypertechs. I later looked at the sponsor sidebar and realized what you were talking about. I may go this rought. Is that system easy to use(HP)? How does it compare to LS1edit? I'm gonna need a custom tune someday. Might as well get a system I can use instead of spending $450 at a shop every time I change something, or buying a hand held that would be useless after a cam. Thanks guys. I think I'm on the right track now.

With HPTuners, you get a tuner, and a scanner in one. It was a simple decision for me.
