Tapping noise

Tapping noise I am hearing this tapping noise when I accelarate somewhere underneath the car like something is ready to fall apart specially when I shift into third. Can anyone help?

Need more info, does it sound like a dragging seat belt tapping or a consistant with rpm tapping?
And of course, you've checked for **** thats loose under your car? Have you done anything recently under there?
