While on my Tool route today I found a cool little charger!I was at a VW dealership when I saw this strange panel sitting on the desk,I asked what it was. it is about 12x12 inches and flat and had a cigareete lighter plug in attached to by means of a 6 ft long wire.
It is a solar battery charger to keep the batteries up on the cars when they are being transported. They gave me one to try. I have not gotten a small battery yet for fear of it discharging since I dont drive my car much during the week. But with this thing I think it will help.I dont think it will charge like mad,but I do think it will overcome any current draw.If someone wants to host a pic I will take one and send it out.

Yeah, this was posted by a supra guy in a thread about l-w batteries few days ago...

...I called perf. distr. and told them I had their dynabatt for a week and want to return it, and they said - no returns, unless there is a real problem, like crank doesn't turn... so... well.. I got screwed for $65.... ...if anybody wants to get it for $120 shipped - LOL <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

Go get the Hawker, it's totally identical to dynabatt.
