Looks like Dinan is on the verge of releasing their supercharger kit for the E46 M3.

At $11K it's pricey but as with all Dinan gear it includes a Powertrain warranty that is honored by Dinan certified dealers across the country.

For those that are not aware, Dinan is very similar to an SLP for BMW, only you cannot get their equipment through RPO. Typically they charge out the ass for low-power parts but the benefit of having the dealer work on it under the warranty is nice.
