Arrow Serious head/cam combo...

Ok, It's finally time to get serious about doing my head/cam upgrade. I've thought about it long enough and my money is doing me no good sitting in my pocket and I want to start making some SERIOUS hp. Now... as far as heads go... I have heard mostly about ARE Stage II heads and a little about Patriot's. Which ones are the proven best that I should go for? I don't wanna get cheap here BUT the money tree in my backyard is quickly dying. Also, if you suggest a head, please suggest the best cam for that head as well. Any and all input is more than welcome on this because I want to make the best educated decision. Even if you just want to rave/rant about some heads and/or cam that you have or don't have, please talk it up. (It would also be MUCH appreciated if you could also share where to buy these, prices, and possibly some dyno #'s.) I REALLY appreciate it guys.

my combo is in my sig, the cam is a 238/242 .605/.610 112 +4. The heads are excellent heads and you can purchase them through Texas Speed & Performance, they are one of the sponsors to the right.
Here is my dyno graph www.texas-speed.com/caindyno.jpg Pay more attention to the gain and not the actual numbers with my car, it is no dyno queen. I am more worried about track performance than dyno numbers and it has proven itself there.

If you have any more detailed questions feel free to PM me.

Looking at your mods I would do the rest of bolt ons first. Is your car M6 or A4?
Shorties are worthless for big horsepower so is the stock ls1 intake. If A4 stall should be one of your priorities.
IMO if I had your car I would do
A4>>Stall+Midlength/LT+TB+intake
M6>>Clutch+Midlength/LT+TB+intake

Then I would move to H/C+pulley

My car's an M6. Clutch is in the making though. But first I might need some new gears and possibly a syncro or two, as I'm finding out today

I would have to agree with this.

depending on the amount of streetability, that will determine your setup. typically, if you get good heads, you can get a smaller cam and get the same power as if you had stock or crappy heads, and bigger cam. i would call up thunder racing or Futral motorsports in fact, who is currently building my 408 stroker motor as we speak.
