Corvette Performance - Headers on a zo6

my friend has a 98 corvette with flp longtube headers and offroad x-pipe. I was wondering if his header set up would fit on a 2001-2002 zo6 vette?

You have to replace a piece of the AIR tube on the passenger side I believe. If the search is working on Corvetteforum you can find the part #. Other than that they should bolt directly up.
