my friend has a '01 SS with all the bolt ons, including FLP's, plus cam thunder(224), 12-bolt w/4:11's. his best run is 12.7@120. what should he be running?its a 6speed.Thnx

Holy **** 120mph whats up with that. Is he spraying, What is the 60ft at the track ,im guessing its really bad to run those numbers.Get that car some traction man.

yea im pretty sure he ran 120 mph,no spray just what i listed. his 60's suck big time. the track prep sucks (wed night drags). BTW he ran that time on street tires. he ran worse on slicks... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />

Traction, take it to a good track. put slicks on it. and he should run some 11.40's at least. and dont ever lift.

Um, unless his car has some serious weight reduction and a negative DA (impossible in CA) the car would not have run 120 mph. But I doubt someone would go through all the trouble of removing hundreds of pounds from their car and run on street tires. Regardless of what mods he has or doesn't have, do a good burnout on the slicks and do 5K clutch dumps, you'll see better 60's

You should be running between 11.6/ 12.4 and your mph is to much with your time .
Can you make sure about how is he shifting in track .
What the rwhp you get with TR224 ??
