tci 3500 installed today,, great but...
before everything,, thanks to every good guy that adviced me to take the tci3500
im daily driver.. i dont get in bad traffic for long time.. my car computer says that my avg speed is 45km/h but i dont know why.. i dont beleive it maybe its not working fine i think its 65km/h
ive just finish installin tci3500, transgo shiftkit, t-cooler, tran-heat gauge
but ive installed the gauge before everything ,, noticed that my heat is most time around 185, range is 170-205.. it was 100% stock so this should be its natural heat.. it get to 205 nearly everyday.. the reason is the extreme hot weather here in my country the tempreture rises to 55 day and 45 night (this is a normal day).. few days later ive installed the cooler .. it helped a tiny little the range became 170-200..
now ive installed the tc and shiftkit.. its really
but the heat range now is 190-215 .. most times its around 195.. and the heat rises faster than before .. before it needed about 20 secs at least to rise 5 degrees.. now it need maybe 10 secs to rise the same!!
in short.. the trans is gettin more heat and i need a better solution than installin another cooler cuase i think that it wouldnt help enough
and by the way.. is it possible to know if my car have installed shiftkit ?? if yes then how?? cuase i didnt install the kit myself its hard some guy did it to me and i didnt watch him doin it.. i need to make sure that itw as installed
thanks for reading my bad english i could make it shorter but im worry thats why the details

My TCI SSF3500 is going in next week. I also installed a B&M Trans Cooler. I hope my temp is not as high as yours. Have you thought about a larger trans pan? That might help. Where is your Trans Cooler located? Is it getting enough air around it?
I not sure about the trans shift kit.
How do you like your TC?

I found my trans cooler setup (cooler before radiator)
was keeping me to about ECT+5 - ECT+9 degrees,
but when I ran the A/C my radiator was not being
held down to a decent temp - 177F normal with the
"160" stat was rising to 195-200F. I need a better
radiator and fans! But even on the highway the
A/C heat dump was a killer.

Did you change the temp the fans are coming on? 160 stat will not do any good unless you change it in the PCM.

b&m cooler 26k and its in the front
jimmy do u mean that turnin the a/c off will help decreasing temp?? and "ECT+9"?? whats that??
how helpful is the deeper oil pan?? does the temp difference will be notice-able?? like preventing my tranny to get over 200??

Is it possible you installed the cooler backwords? If you hook it up wrong, it'll flow through the cooler, then into the radiator which will just heat back up. Another possibility is to completly bypass the radiator and just use the cooler. Also check out the TCI deep tranny pans, they hold more fluid and have cooling fins.

I installed mine "backwards" on purpose (thinking
I'd shed more heat via that cooler, throwing the
hottest fluid through it, and let the radiator have
what's left). Of course then the dumped heat
goes right through the radiator airstream, so ....
My fans run are on high by 180F ECT. They just
can't keep up with A/C, engine and trans on
hot pavement. If I could find higher-flow fans
I would buy a pair.
ECT+9 - 9 degrees above engine coolant temp.
I had my laptop & HPTuners with me and was
logging on my 1000-mile trip to Atlanta. Hot as
a bugger up there. Otherwise I would've had
the top down and A/C off like usual.
