Question 99-00 truck crank offset question

I am getting ready to swap out my newly built engine and came across some info on the 99 to early 00 trucks having a larger crank offset ( flywheel mount ) of 0.400". Anyone know about this and what it will do to my 99 4L60E tranny/converter/flywheel relationship on the Eagle crank? I may need to repost in the Truck section but thought I'd try here first.
Thanks for any help!

The 6.0L had the .400" longer crankshaft with the 4L80E.
