Are all the 97-04 4L60E's the same? Meaning, can I use a prepped 4L60E in my Trailblazer from an F-Body, or the other way around? Are they the same if it's going into a AWD/4WD?

no the 4l60e in my 97 blazer was not the same as the camaro and trans am's 4l60E the bellhousing is diffrent

I know the bellhousing in the LT1 cars are different, I meant from the LSx engines.
