HP tuners no response

I have been emailing them for about a week to order their product why are they closed? what isa there deal?

? what do you guys think?

I purchased through paypal and got it in a week, why do you not use paypal? If you don't have an account, it is easy to create one.

I ordered from their site on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. Questions are answered almost immediately.
