loctight + rocker arm bolts

loctight + rocker arm bolts Does anyone know when reinstalling the rocker arms should I use loctight on the bolts? Just curious what you guys would do.

If you look real close on new heads the locktite is close to the top of the threads,put it on the whole thread you may never get it back out. Had 3 stick on a set of heads had to cut the top of bolt off to get rocker off then had to heat the bolt to break loose the locktite,not too much.Real pain!!
