Default What Tire Pressure for F1 GS-D3's?

I have 285/35-18 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's. I am wondering what pressure they should be inflated to. It doesnt say on the tire. All it says is 51 psi is the max pressure. My old tires said they reccomend to be inflated to 35 psi, but the max was like 45 psi on them.

So what pressure so I put my F1's at for long tread life? I will lower it a little when needed for extra grip. Thanks

The recommended tire pressure (as stated on the panel inside the drivers side door jam) is 30 psi COLD. 41-45 is too high and will cause the center of the tire to wear prematurely.
I run mine at about 31.5 psi cold

I thought you inflate the tires based on the tire, not what the car says... My old tires said 35 psi, so thats what I did. So only 30 psi? I thought low profile tires need to be inlated a litte more? maybe not. thanks

30 psi cold is very different from 30 psi hot. Tires naturally inflate as the air inside warms and expands. http://www.goodyeartires.com/faqs/Inflation.html
