Default Need the smallest cats possible

I am going to be going w/true duals dumped at the axle in the near future. I want to run cats with this set-up. Does anyone know the SMALLEST cats available? The smaller and better flowing the better.

TIA.

I think part of the problem with trying to find smaller cats is finding some that have the proper inlet/outlet diameter for say a 2.5" or 3" pipe.
Smaller cats tend to 2" max and the larger 2.5"/3" versions are often huge.

Check out the new Dynatech cats, 4" dia. x 11-1/2" overall. Otherwise, Random Tech has some similar in size.

I just ordered my Dynatechs and I am doing my duals at the end of the week. I'll let you all know how it goes. Wish me luck.

RT metallics in 2.5 inch should flow pretty good. $$$ though.

the 7000 series 3 inch cat is only 4 inches in diameter AFAIK

Jet Hot has some that slip fit inside a 3" pipe. They are only about 6" in length.

Just got the Power Cats last night. They are very nice. Both ends are slip fit and the actual Cat is only about 6-7 inches long.

Found this on Google:

http://www.rpmoutlet.com/powercat.htm
http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...34&prmenbr=361
http://www.secureperformanceorder.co...&CategoryID=58

Did not turn up any of our sponsors. They look nice
and little. But for $149 a pop I just might leave mine
stank a while.

Why not get the Jet Hot cats that slide inside a 3" pipe. They only cost $100 each.

You can call Jet Hot and ask them about the flow numbers. All I know is they are only 6" long and you can see right through them!

Those aren't really cats, they are more like hamsters. Has anyone actually tried passing inspection with those so-called cats yet? I'd like to know how they tested.
