Stealth Cam's?
Where can I get a reliable stealth cam? I want a smooth idle with no lope. I was going to go with a LS6/Z06 cam, but I'm afraid it wont be enough. My current mods:
'00 C5 6spd
underdrive pulley
forged pistons
LS6 intake
5.3 TEA 1.5
kooks l/t, cat delete x-pipe
BB triflow
vortex cold air
NX wet kit (150 shot)

Comp Cams makes some excellent mild cams that do not require computer retuneing. http://www.compcams.com/Technical/Cu...TML/200-203.as

I bought mine w/ the same goal in mind. Got the Old Man Cam from Thunder Racing. It's a 215/220 .600/.525 115lsa. I just got an email from them yesterday, and it said they just put in a car down there, and it idles at 500 rpm's with the A/C on, and has ZERO lope. Puts out about 25hp on a stock car, and 40hp on a car w/ headers and intake manifold. .... Which now that I look at your mod list, that would be you. Good Luck on whichever route you decide to take.

Oh, I forgot to say..... Don't bother with the Z06 cam. From my research, it's about the same as a stock cam until almost 5k rpm's. You can do a LOT better than that and still keep it stealth. MTI also has some great Stealth Cams. Peace.
