Default TCI 3800 shift points and Torque Management questions.

I need some help on adjusting my shift points. I just got my 3800 stall installed
and i'm hitting the rev limiter on 2nd to 3rd. My friend has HP tuners so he will do it. Also should I delete my torque management. My mods are below. Thanks!

Bump up the shift point on the 2-3 shift a bit and run it to see if you hit the limiter with the new shift point. As with TM do you notice it?? Does your car cut back duing the shifts to where you feel it? I'd probably decrease TM but not delete it.
