It should if the TH350 has a 9" (instead of 6" or 12") tailshaft housing.
4L60-E = 31 5/32"
TH350 w/6" TS housing = 30 11/16"
That's less than a half inch difference.

I don't know where you could get one. Guess you could check with some tranny shops and/or salvage yards. The output shaft would also have to be changed. I think I'd just get another driveshaft built.
