Is the trunk area of a Vert considered an area of the passenger compartment per NHRA?

Not as far as I know. If someone tried to hassle you over a Blowdown tube issue, I'd think you'd have a strong arguement. In a Hardtop its a different story. In the end a decent blodwon tube will probably set ya back $40 in parts and materials......
