IHRA nitrous line rule??
I failed tech at a local IHRA track because my nitrous line was ran inside the car. They said it has to be run external in case of a leak. No one I talked to has ever heard of this. I had ran at this track and another IHRA before and never had any problems. Any one got a rule book or know what the rule is?

in IHRA promod, they have 2 15 pound bottles right next to the driver where a passenger seat would be.they have relief valves and blown down tubes. sounds like you got screwed. next time you go, make them show you in the rule book where it says you cant have n20 lines inside the car. i just looked through the whole rule book and didnt see it.

Re: IHRA nitrous line rule??
You just need the blow down tubes to run nitrous i thought. Next time you go just hit the kit and what they cant find you cant get introuble for. We ran plenty of kits at GLD which is IHRA and no one has said a thing.

It has to exit the interior compartment. Blow down tubes are also a sticky point, as well as blankets for guys that use bottle warmers.
