Has anyone accualy done a side by side??????????? Of Kooks and other headers? i know most people say they are the best, and i am running them myself, but im just wondering if anyone has tried the side by side on high hourse power cars?

I did a side by side. I had Groty's and made 398 Cam Only. I swictched to 1 7/8 SS/Coated Kooks and made 408 Cam Only with no other modifications. I switched to a larger cam and with the Kooks made 431 Cam only. I have been really happy with them. I promote there headers at all the races I attend. I say it is well worth the cost for what you get.

cool. i no i spent the extra, but i wanted to know if they had been tried and true! ive seen one car replace them and the car lost 1 rwhp. i know it is nothing, but that was going from mac's to kooks.
I have the 1 7/8 on my car as well. they sure do look nice!!!!
