Default Help,02 sensor circuit high volts?

This is the code my car is throwing now, I fixed everything else. I thought maybe I had a bad connection since I cut the 02 sensor in half and extended it with some wires so I redid it all the same way, made sure everything was hooked up good and it threw the code again. Whats the deal?

Like maybe a heater wire got crossed with the
O2 sense or ground return wire?

I'd say to go check the voltages on the four
wires involved, at the PCM connector, as a start.

Other than what jimmyblue said which is likely..Your not post to splice the wiring on the O2 sensor. It has corrision/heat resistant wiring & doesnt solder or butt connect well at all. You should always use extentions IMO to keep from having problems.
