Are 2.055 valves to big for a stock bore 346?
Here is some heads I bought. He was running them on a 396 all bore. Will I have a problem with the bigger heads? Should I just not worry about them? Would I pick up more power going smaller valve?
ARE stage 2 heads upgraded to stage 3,

The valve size is not the issue. I have 2.08/1.60s on my stock bore. If the heads you bought were on a 396 all-bore, then the combustion chambers have been opened up beyond the stock bore. You might ask whether that will have an impact.
Were the flow numbers on stock bore or the larger bore?
i'll have some ARE SII heads for sale soon if want some.
