throttle body passenger side top???

Default throttle body passenger side top???
Anyone know what is supposed to go to this line???

The vent tube on top of the passenger side valve cover.

Don't know about a '98, but the only other line on the right side of the TB on mine is at the bottom and that's a coolant line that goes to the radiator.
