Re: Shift light...when to set?
I used to have my harlan set to come on at 5800 when I had the stock rev limiter. Now it is set at 6300 for a 6600 limit. I tried 6400 but would hit the limiter about half the time.

K, 200 to 300 hundred then.
This motor revs so freaking fast, it is there before i know it.
I guess i need to practice more. (i can handle that!)
The tranny shifts like lightning... i just need more time in the seat... i'll get it.
Thanks guys.

log a run on auto tap and see how long it takes the trans to shift, and how many rpm you go up from when you want to shift to when it does shift, and offset the light by that amount.
mine is at 6k so i shift around 6100 in 2nd & 3rd.. maybe 6200 in first.
