anyone running spohn torque arm with the ts@p dual x pipe if you are please tell me how the fit is with the x pipe setup

I'm not running the setup, but I don't see how you could possibly use their true duals with that torque arm...do a search on here. There are a couple of people that have done true duals with that TA, but they were all custom fabbed to work around it.
