Question Speed Inc Transmissions?

i am considering there street evil transmission....does anyone have this trans already? the price is 1299$ but with a 600$ core charge...does this mean that the price of the trans will be 700$ once i send them my trans?

any info would be great or suggestions

Core charge is in addition to the price, just in case you don't send them the core back they keep the $600. Once they get the core back you get back the $600 core charge.

A well built transmission is not cheap. You have to pay to play.

1 is from a 2000 formula 40,000 miles . drives fine but slips alittle between the 2/3 shift under full throttle. The other is from a 98 with 55,000 miles it slips but still drove fine under part throttle. No broken hard parts both were removed working with all gears.

They are correct, you will have to add $600 to the price, unless you send yours in first.

I got transmission problems right now. I need to know who to talk to at speed inc about getting a new trans. and to see if I could send more than one core for credit.

I can tell you from experience that Speed Inc. does great work...Tom and Larry always respond promptly to e-mails, and are great with customer service, and making sure you are happy. Depending on your present mods/future mods, I would go with the stage two, pure evil trans, and have them throw in a torque converter while installing the transmission. You won't be dissapointed with it, or them.
