Would you mind giving us an update on what all you've done to the 2002 Z28? I remember hearing that you ran some low 13s stock with some KR issues. But I've also read about a 2400 stall that you put in. Post up some info if you've got the time and don't mind. Thanks.

Maybe it isn't coming along at all?

Oh, it's coming along alright! Bone stock in really crappy weather it ran 13.6 @101.5 with bad KR. Then with a KO box to help get rid of the KR, C/F driveshaft, 160 thermostat, lid, FTRA, K&N, descreened MAF, TR-6 plugs, 17" Fikse wheels, 315/35/17, car lowered one inch by cutting front springs/removing rear spring cushions, and the 2400 stall it ran 13.1 in so so weather with traction problems (got there late on test-N-tune night.) Best 60 ft was 1.97 or so where as stock was 2.04. Still had some KR, btw. Then last weekend...

Only addition was the GMS. KR was only present in 3rd gear above 4200 rpm (strange huh?) The weather was great! I got there early so the track was hookin'. I made 6 passes and all of them yeilded 1.83-1.84 60 fts. Best ET was 12.68@107.66. I was pretty happy with that!

Today we're installing the QTP headers, electric cuttout, underdrive pulley, and LCA relocators. Weather's looking ok for tomorrow night. I'm expecting major improvements. Next week it'll be time for a new converter.

Thanks for asking.
