11.39@122.83-shake down m6 WS6 h/c DA 1885 Ran my best n/a a few weeks ago at MAR-11.39@122.83 1.65 60ft. The density altitude was calculated at 1885ft My 28x10.5 mt's were shot-blasted the tires through first and drove it like grandma stole it-shifting @6400. Previous best was 11.92@120 1.92 60' on radials/10 bolt w/4.10's. Now I have a 12 bolt and 4.56's.
The motor was a stock rod/ piston shortblock (arp, etc.), gtp truck heads, tr230, ls6, etc. etc. The car is a 99 ws6 m6 with stock injectors (26) and 24 deg. of timing-runs like a champ on pump 93.
I think with new tires and a tune/inj this combo will easily go tens, but we will never know
The motor has less than 250 miles and is currently in the process of getting a new h/c setup with a FAST 90mm intake and tb, 38's, etc, etc.
Hopefully I'll have something for the Southern Shootout-Looking to run Quick Stock
