Tuning The SVO 30# ?? I have SVO 30# injectors in my friend car ( camaro 1998 ) and I want to some tuning for the car so i need your help :-
1) should I change the IFR table and Injector offset ? and should I multiply the values by 127 % in the both or ???

IFR x 127%, don't mess with the offset. The SVO's offset is so close to GM's that its not worth it. After that log LTRIM's and scale back the IFR to get them negative.
