Default Help with forged internals to use for FI

I want to beef up my bottom end while i have the engine apart so i would

appreciate any suggestions. Here's the list of mods that are being done to

my 65k mile 99' Z28 M6 w/LS6 intake, LT's, Spec 3 clutch, free mods, HP

tuners, and head stud bolts: Vortech 9# kit, LS6 01' cam, 6.0L heads, 918

springs, yella terra 1.8 rockers, comp pushrods(stock length), LS6

ported+mapped oil pump, LS6 valley cover, and rollmaster timing chain. I

think that's about it. From what i have read through searches i kind of

decided on: stock sized diamond pistons + rings, eagle H beam rods, ARP rod

bolts, and i am undecided on bearings. I don't feel i am going to get insane

with the boost so i want to keep the stock crank. I can't see me going over

15 PSI(i don't even know how streetable that is). Will i need a stronger than

stock 6.0L head gaskets(i think they are copper for the 6.0's)? If so where

can i get them and what's the average price? Should i get looser rings?

Would anyone sell a package that has almost everything i want? What

bearings should i go with Federal Mogul or Clevite? Again where can i get

these and what is the average price? I don't want to go too much over

$1,500 as i already have spent close to $9k for the previously mentioned

items and i still need to invest in a stronger rear end among other things.

Thanks,
Greg

i dont think you can get all what you want with a 1500 budget. pistons and rods alone will be ~1k. either federal or clevite bearings will be good. i'd invest in some ARP main/head studs as well. then you have block prep and asssembly.

hit up APE or HPE, im sure they can work out a good deal for your application.
