Shift Cable Rubber Boot Does anyone know where to get a replacement of this part? It's the rubber boot on the shift cable (I think half looks like an accordian and half is smooth). Or how important is it to have this on the cable? Will my cable rust without it? Mine has several tears and is temporarily patched up with electrical tape. Thanks for any help.
