Default Will stock PCM tuning accept a 112 LSA??

I am looking at the Comp Cams XR259HR cam for my truck and was wondering if the stock pcm will work with the 112LSA?? I will be getting a full PCM tune once I complete my motor mods which should include heads and an intake(ls6 or FAST LSX).

Will driveability suffer till I get a retune?

TSP (Comp XER) 224R. Wouldn't idle until I opened the throttle plate some and reset the TPS. Was pretty driveable, but still surged a lot at idle. Tune absolutely cured this plus I picked up another 13 hp.
