Gauges in vents (TA) Whats involved?
How big of a pain is it to install them in the vents, my pillar is full. Do you have to rip out the entire dash? How long (time) of an install is it?
thanks

Yeah you just have to take off the plastic around the vent, the piece that goes around the factory gauges, DONT have to remove the dash
I have a fuel pressure gauge in there

In Texas you need AC. I'd probably pass out and die without it on a hot day. T-Tops are great, but those only work if your moving. On some days that doesn't work either. Your just being broiled to death by the warm air passing over you.
We've got alot of traffic in spots so if your in bumper to bumper traffic or you are sitting at a stop light, you end up sweating like a $2 ***** in confession.

i have 3 of my vents used for my guages. a/c? heat? if its cold windows are up, if its hot windows are down.
its not that hard. take apart the bottom of the dash. drill a hole in the firewall. find a ground, and power. my trans temp is in the vent next to driver window. install time varies. for me it took forever bcuz of stupid little mistakes. if you take your time, go slow, make the right connections and do not rush. 2-3hrs

A poster wrote down on what he did.
Good luck 2 ya.
