Raughammer hasn't dropped any E.T. with his TH400 yet, but hes still getting a feel for it, but he did pick up MPH, which is suprising with a TH400..

My MTI heads/cam setup trapped at 118 through the Th400, with a 3600 raceweight..

The one I have rocks, and I don't think I would gain anything by going to a TH400 unless I were to run faster than low 9s, at which point I would go with a 'glide anyway.

I could get to about 2400-2500 before pushing through on an ultra-tight PY3400E. Now have a brand new converter in the car - can brake stall to at least 3100 on street tires with it. But I have 3.73s.

Going to be very interested in this new converter. It is a TCS converter, but a Torque Converter Shop converter, not a Transmission Converter Systems converter. And there is yet another torque converter manufacterer out there called TCS. Almost no one is running one of these - Mike Kurtz has done work with these guys and says that they work well with 200-4Rs. We shall see.
