My car has the same problem. The EBCM has an internal short an needs to be replaced. It doesn't hurt anything to leave it like that, but you can fix it if you want to. The only bad thing is paying almost $600 for the part at the dealer. My cost on the damn thing is $437! There has been a few guys parting out cars and had the EBCM for sale for $50-$100. By the way, it's the black box on the side of your ABS block where all the brake lines run into. Good Luck!
