The Thunder kit is nice because the lines are pre bent. No problems yet

I used Thunder's pre-bent lines with my hurst roll control. It made the install VERY easy and looks very nice.

All them kits are seriously over priced. And SLP ticks me off because they took what I made for $45 and put a damn $120 pricetag on it Not that they actually saw what i did, but still they are theives. If you have a tubing cutter, I have a $45 kit for you with no extra lines, mounts out of the way of everything and uses existing factory lines, no extra clutter.

I've got the Thunder/Hurst kit also and while the pre-bent lines make the installation quite easy I wish the switch that came with the kit was a momentary type instead of the push on/off type. The momentary switches are so much easier to use, just hold it down while doing the burn out and release when you think the tires are hot enough, no fumbling around trying to find the switch while everything else is going on.

the slp solenoid IS rebuildable - but I can tell you we have not had any problems after nearly three years of service on the Ultraz (over 300 passes to date).

Grannyshifter - sorry to burst your bubble, but the slp kit has nothing to do with whatever you have/sell (I dont even know).

SLP's lines are OE, CNC bent (correct), CNC formed ends and come with the correct fittings and a plug in wiring harness.

I've read in previous posts that the instructions with the SLP linelock, have a few mistakes, I think one being the solenoid is shown upside down in the picture. Have the instructions been revised, or are you aware of any issues?

Well they took a 40 dollar line lock out of summit, $5 worth of fittings, added some needless lines (you can put that solenoid inline wiht an existing brake line and mount it to the strut tower) probably get a discount on the solenoid from Biondo too.

basically they added needless brake lines, and a switch ($0.35) and wires and charged you 90 bucks more. Are people too good to butt connector or posi-lock wires together anymore?
