I went a new best of 11.69 @ 118.98 mph and a killer 1.673 60 ft. and this was right after a 11.71 pass with a 1.673 60 ft. I was bogging on the new Nittos and leaving at 4000 rpms so I picked it up to 4500 rpms and was treated to no spin whatsoever and no bogg. THis was done on 245/50/16 Nittos <img border="0" alt="[gruffy cottonball]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_gruffy.gif" /> Now I just got to fix that new clunking sound my rear end started makeing after those last two passes. This was done at the best hooking track in the south ,No problem raceway. Bell rose, La . I went 11.54@117 with a 1.51 60' on 245 nitto's last march in my A4 with stock heads hehehe...9psi and a monster burnout..but I have since gone to slicks because that was one hell of a challenge getting those tires to hook..but when they did <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> haha...very impressive in a 6-speed though holy crap!good job!

Thanks to all! The left lane was the only lane I ran last night , and I never spun at all. I think it would have held a 5000 rpm launch but I dont think the rear is up to the task <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I may get a 12 bolt and 4.30's or who knows , slp sells replacement carriers for $99. Justin , I Think it is well worth the time to swap on the the skinnies. Between them and the ram air hood , I was makeing almost the same mph I made with -1500 DA and I dont think the air was bad but it was not at -1500 . It was nice out but only in the low 60's or so.

nice job,killer 60's too.i went 11.71 m6-on nittos and only cut 1,8 60's. hell with 60's like that i could do 11.5's. CONGRATS.

Man i hope that track HOOK like that in July.I will be racing in a Corvette Event there.I cut a 1.58 to low 1.60s on 275/40/17 on nittos but i like BFGs better,less work in burn out box.This was done in a A4 with a 2000rpm launch. No problem raceway is an excellant track. Sometimes the track is crowded with people running 4 wheel drives and lots of street tire cars and it still hooks decent. if you do a good 7 to 8 second burnout, you will hook. The night I pulled the 1.67 sixty foots , the track was hooking great in the left lane but Ben ( ou812/z28) was not hooking verry well in the right lane . he normally pulls 1.68's and he only pulled a 1.77 with an a4 and 3600 yank. He did spray to an 11.56 with a 1.63 60 /ft. Good luck when you come race over here.
