Default Power loss with Exhaust leak?

Can a major exhaust leak cause power loss?

BAsically, I had a bad leak at my EGR block off plate and didn't realize it till yesterday.. and it had been there for over a month judging how my exhaust had started popping.

My question is can an exhaust leak like that cause WOT power to be down? because the car hasn't felt right in the past month or so..... I plan on getting out and messing with it some tomorrow though.

Yes, it can. If it leakes, it could also suck in clean air, that would throw of your O2 sensors. From there it just snowballs in the air/fuel department.

I'm surprised your SES light didn't come on. I had an EGR leak which triggered the light.

SES STAYS on, from no cats and such and I haven't gotten tuning since the LT's.

EGR is removed, I had a make shift block off plate there, and that is what came loose.
