2001 z06 TSP comp cam 228/230 .588 .591 112 just came in today

WIll the home depot dowel rod work on my 2001 z06 5/16 22'' long on the cam swap i heard the jpr tool is trash. An how will this cam perforum with stock heads kook 160 themostate asp 918 springs tsp push rod ????

I would probably use Patriot Gold double springs with that cam.

Pretty decent cam selection, with LS6 heads you should see 440-450HP at motor and around 400-410Hp at wheels.

my stock ls6 with bolt-ons did 407 rwhp I would hope yours would do at least 430 rwhp
