6.0's and ls6 heads dont flow anything alike. Im looking for the flows I have on stock heads all I have are intake flows on 862, 241,806,and ls6 heads through an ls6 intake. I will look for the other flow sheets when I get back to work tommorow

Thanks for the info, at what lift does the stock cam stop making power and do you have the cam specs? Im looking to get a nice set of stage 2 heads/cam package and wanted something to compare these too..LS6 heads look nice to start with, I was leaning towards the LS1 5.3 heads done by TEA..

If you are getting ported heads from a vendor then look up their sites to compare, the 5.3"s are a good choice!

Having a cam matched to the heads is what you want. Put in some phone time and get a feel for whats out there. Be ready to tell them what your goals are, street only or autocross or drag. Find a place that can tune it as part of the package.

My 853's flowed 233/174 on a 600 bench before I ported them.

273/210@.650, I just knocked the "ramp" down and blended it into the roof of the port and done the same thing to the rocker arm bolt boss on the side of the runner. I tulip shaped both intake and exhaust valve guide bosses and blended all of that into the rest of the port. Finally I header tube matched the exhaust port except for the bottom side(a d-shape look). I use the truck exhaust valves because they flow about 4 cfm better than the car ones. I have seen around 29x/22x by professional porters so I am not too far of the mark. Also I use a 5/8" carbide tulip shaped cutter so that it is easier to match the ports to each other.
