Default Mac headers

Do I have to lift the motor to get them in?? How do I get the passenger side motor mount off the bolt hits the ac bracket

I'm pretty sure they go in from the bottem side. i dont know about the motor mount though.

My driver side went in from the bottom. I wasn't sure how to get the passenger side in from the bottom though so I put it in through the top. I had to remove the coil packs and valve cover to do so. Even then it took some finess, blood, and scratches on the header. If the motor was lifted up even the slightest bit, the header would have slipped right in.
