Shift Points and ET streets...
I just went to the track yesterday and have a couple of questions....I am running a 230/230 .575 .575 110lsa cam with TEA S2 heads. What ~RPM should I be shifting the car at? Also How much difference(MPH) does running your ET streets @ 11psi cold vs 17psi cold?

well i have just about the same cam as you. mine is a 230/230 but on a 111 LSA. by the way, how does your car idle? any stumble of surging?
anyways i and a few others have dynoed this in shop and made peak power at around 6400-6450 rpms. it is a high reving cam. i would shift it at minimum 6600 rpms and max of 6800 (for all out hardcore). it absolutely hammers the car in these auto cars. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> also most auto cars dont need that low of a psi. i would try out and start at 17 cold and work your way down. most are great at 15 psi. 6 speeds i would go much lower, starting at 15 and workign down. i didnt feel comfortable under 12 psi personally.

230/230 .575 .575 110lsa 110icl, I was shifting at 6200 this weekend while running 12psi in the ET streets. Everyone is telling me that because the corvette is closer to a 50/50 weight DB to run higher pressure in the rear.
