Slowrider5

Well I got everything apart (had to loosen torque arm to get the driveshaft out of there, most people said they could do it without needing to remove the torque arm, but my exhaust was slightly in the way, maybe because it's a vert). Now, I can't get the old seal off no matter what I try. I was working with some needle nose pliers and rubber o-ring pulled out, but the rest of the part is still stuck, it must have been pounded in there pretty good before.

Any ideas?
