older ported heads vs. current ported heads, how much gain?

Default older ported heads vs. current ported heads, how much gain?
I have a set of GTP stage 2 5.3 heads that I bought in 2002, which were awesome heads for the day. If I were to swap them out to any of the current top stage 2 or stage 2.5 heads how much gain do you guys think I will see?

What are you making now? Some of the early GTP heads made great power. I'd talk to Craig and find out what, if anything he has changed.

when the heads were new, I made 401 rwhp w/ full boltons, 226/581/114 xer cam, thru cats, PT4400, and 3.73's
