G5X3 and stock tune?
anyone running there g5x3 on the stock gm tune?? are you encountering any serious issues?? the reason i ask is i'm doing my install next week and have to drive it about 150 miles to get it tuned any info post away!!!!

hahaha, have fun with that one. i've never run the x3, but i can just imagine a cam that big on a stock tune. you'll prolly need to fiddle with the throttle body screw a little. shouldn't be too bad as long as you stay above 2k rpm.

well i really have no choice,I cant tune it my self and i'm not paying someone to do the cam swap I guess i'll have to put up with it running like
anyone out there that has actually had to drive there g5x3 114 with out a tune??

i ran mine untuned and it ran ok, i dont have heads or anything, just the cam and all the bolt on's, it ran alright, but it ran super lean because my maf was cloged when i dyno'ed it .. so i'd be careful

ahhh,thats what I wanted to hear where did you end up getting tuned at??
