Default PVC Hose.......
Does GM sell the PVC hose that looks like a "Y"? If so, anybody know how much?

yes they do and i know its not cheap, it is over 50 just dont remember the exact price

For future referance its PCV not pvc. (Positive Crankcase Ventaliation)
