Can it be done by hand? Ok, I cannot afford a PC yet, so I do everything by hand. I want to get rid of swirls and light scratches. Here is what I want to do:
Wash w/Zaino Car wash
Scratch X
Color X
Seal w/Zaino
top with S100(P21S)
I already own the Zaino products..I own a cheap $50 Craftsman orbital buffer, would that work well if I got a foam applicator for it??

yes it can be done by hand and yes it can be done with the cheaper orbital. But you will not get the same results as you would with a PC. I used a "cheaper" orbital and a foam applicator bonnet before i stepped up to a PC and it works ok. It will make your life a little easier than if you did it all by hand.

You can get them from www.coastaltool.com for $120, and they come with the backing plate and 6" counter weight.
You can also pick up the 7336 (exact same) from Lowe's for $110 and buy your backing plate and counter weight separately.
